I had a similar experience as the other complaint I found here but I actually live here and can physically go into the office which is the only way to get anyone to answer a question because they do not return phone calls once they have your money.

Since I have not been able to get them to turn on the leads they were supposed to be selling me (two attempts) I haven't had to be subjected to irrate customers or non service issues.

I'm attempting to get my money back through my credit card. I know they never will on there own.

They give you dvd's which are just copied from the two internet software services they subscribe to but after 5 days of frustration it's much simpler because you're locked out of most of what these tutorials are telling you. I had to physically go up there to find out that.

From the chaos, disorganization and unprofessional atmosphere I observed in the office (should have been my first clue) it's just a matter of time.

Also like the other complaint here I am in a tough place and the whole experience has added a lot of anxiety to my life. I'm glad to have found this site and now can walk away knowing it wasn't me (or a Jewish holiday or someones grandfather dying like I've been told)

Very bad news this company
