Auto Classique De Laval - Mercedez Benz Laval Purchases CLK430 and brand new winter tires and they go missing at dealership Laval Quebec
Purchased a brand new CLK 430 in 2002 the KM on the car is now over 35,000 the sales representative asked me if I wanted to purchase winter tires for them since (they are high performance tires) I said yes why not..
He told me they can store then for me just recently I wanted to pick up my tires "they were never used once"!!!!
When I called my sales rep he told me and I qoute "the shop manager said the tires were finished" I told him how can they be finished if the car only has 35,000 KM he didn't know what to say...
What I think happened and people agree with me since the tires were brand-new and never used is they sold the tires to someone else...
I will never ever purchase any car from them again and I have reported them to Mercedez Benz Canada because fair is fair...
I called the owner of the facility in question and she didn't know what to say to me ..... she did say I waited 7 years to claim my tires and I told her that is not the point ... the tires were brand new and your rep said you can keep them there...
Now since then I have purchased a brand new 2009 CLK and didn't purchase it from that dealer *big smile* be honnest with people....
