Complaint Review: Auto Computer Exchange inc

After reading all the previous complaints, I can also say the exact same words. This company is a complete rip-off. We were also scammed by them. Wish we would have read the complaints online and checked into them before we ordered. Hopefully this complaint will stop more people from dealing with them. We also received BAD auto computers from them- THREE (3) of them to be exact. And each time we call, someone else would lie to us. The names are the same as in other complaints-Andy, Bryan, Gus, Nancy and Lou (owner). ALL of these people have lied to us, and made promises they could not keep. Over the course of four (4) weeks, we were given the total runaround and scammed. We have never had a customer's vehicle in our bay more than 3 days in our 10 years of business. And we have never dealt with a company who is blatantly ripping people off. Check our the BBB-they rank this company an "F" with over 224 complaints.
