Ordered a computer for my truck (ECM) and received wrong item first time. Sent it back with my original and they rebuilt the original but it did not work when I got it back. I called them and told them that a dealership tested it and said it was bad and they told me the dealership purposely defected the computer so I would have to buy one from them. Since it was supposedly under warranty the dealership pulled it out and we sent it back to Auto Computer Exchange and was suppose to get it back in 3 days. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get it back and the dealership tested it with me standing there and it did not work. I had the dealership order one and install it and have not had any issues. I have filed a BBB complaint that was never responded to by A.C.E. and have emailed them asking for a refund but they do not respond to my emails. So I am out $247.00 for nothing.
