On March 1, I purchased a 2000 Nissan Altima from Auto Credit Mart.  When I first was shown the vehicle, I was told that there was an issue of random misfires, which was why the Check Engine Light would come on intermittently.  I was also told that these repairs would be taken care of, as I was able to purchase the car with a 30 day/1,000 mile limited warranty.  On March 10, I took them the car for the repairs.  Each day, when I called, another excuse was given as to why it was not ready.

On Monday, March 15, the salesman told me that the car would be ready the next day, and told me that the exact problem was a ball gasket.  On Tuesday, March 16, I went to the dealer to pick up the car.  The two employees with whom I had dealt, I was told, had been terminated, because they had done many fraudulent deals.  I was also informed that the car had been taken to a garage, but had only sat there for the entire duration.  So, when I inquired about the repairs, they informed me that those repairs were not covered under the warranty.

Though I have attempted to work with the car as best I can, the cost of getting repairs, plus the carnote, are too much for my family to handle.
