During the month of January our dealership signed on with a couple of Sub Prime Lenders and Servicew Brokers, one of whcih was Auto Credit Solutions of Kajewiid, WA. We have been very pleased with all of your other lenders and to date have processed some 150k in transactions through them.

ACS promised in writing to fund our deals 48 hours after a 5-7 business day waiting period. Our dealership send them two deals,k the first bought from us a 1998 Dodge Durango and the second bought a 1997 Plymouth Woyager . We sent both their credit applications to ACS and recieved approvals. We then overnighted all of the paperwork for processing and the 5-7 day wait.

They recieved all materials February 3rd, 2006. During the last 40 business days, 58 calendar days, we have attempted to resolve and collect on these approved applicants. However, we feel we have been given the run-around and we base this on the following.

The first two weeks we could not even talk with "Processing", a seperate department from Dealer sales and Training, which was responsible for funding these contracts. Many instances we have been hung up on and then when calling bnack we only get a voice mail. We have talked to numerous persons at ACS including, but not limited to a Dan, Roger, and Steve, all of which seem to lose their jobs within 2-3 weeks. Then we have to go over all the information with a new representative.

Also each of the two departments issued us statements that were conflicting involving the materials needed to recieve funding. We sent them everything requested. Finally, we talked to Scott, sho says he just started on the 21st of February. Scott was able to help us more than anyone else. He told us we would be funded by Friday, 3-24-06. When we called back on Monday we called to see why we had not recieved anything only to get a recording that the number is being serviced. When we call using a cell phone it says that the number is changed and no further info is availasble. We tried to find a different listing, and found nothing.

My main complaint is that this company, ACS is not standing behind their promises and using internal office techniques to avoid having to correspond with clients. They have already recieved titles to these two transactions, our dealership has little recourse without legal action. The total outstanding that they owe us is over $10,000.00.
