Auto Europa Naples is the worst car buying experience I have ever had!
Their advertisements on the internet cannot be believed. Many representations were made on the car I purchased. I bought on line and had the car shipped to me, which was a big mistake.
Car was to be "as new" with original paint and the car had been repainted in most areas of the body. There was still masking tape on several areas of the car that hadn't been removed after paint work! Also the car was missing items that were to be shipped with the car - second remote key and service records. And it didn't even have the rubber pads on the brake and emergency brake pedals!
This was a $60,000+ purchase of a collector car! It was certainly not what one expects when purchasing an expensive automobile.
Following delivery of the car I contacted dealer immediately. For weeks after I only got excuses, lies and stonewalling. Dealer made no effort to satisfy me about missing items and didn't even apologize. In fact, the Sales Manager called me vulgar names that I will not include.
Buyer beware!!

You sent $60,000 + off to somebody you don't know to buy a dumb used car you've never seen??? Get some professional help immediately!

In my report I didn't include that the dealer did reimburse me for the damaged wheels on the car. After that nothing else was done or offered.
