Terrible experience.  I purchased a flip down television so my two year old son could watch movies in my vehicle to and from daycare and on trips.  The television never worked properly from the start.  I brought it back the first time and they ...MoreTerrible experience.  I purchased a flip down television so my two year old son could watch movies in my vehicle to and from daycare and on trips.  The television never worked properly from the start.  I brought it back the first time and they assured me it was fixed, it wasn't.  I brought it back a second time and again they told me they fixed the issue, they didn't.  I brought it back a 3rd time and it worked for a while and then would work intermittently and now works rarely.  I brought it back yesterday for a fourth time and was told they changed their accounting system so they didn't have a record of me and therefore unless I had a receipt they could not help me.  The owner "Bob" basically took no responsibility or interest in the struggles I had and said "people come in here all the time asking us to replace things so I need proof"-  Remember, this was my 4th time coming back to this place!!!!  I then went home and pulled up my credit card statement with the payment (almost $700) and presented that to them and they had found they had the wrong first name for me in their system.  Long story short I now have a big hole in my headliner where the faulty TV was and they told me they are sending it back to the manufacturer to "Fix" it.  At what point do you think these guys would do the right thing and replace this television with a new working television?  The saga continues...AVOID THIS  PLACE LIKE THE  PLAGUE!!!!
