my trust was abused massively. i was givinen an implied warranty, and the price that was discussed did not end up to what we agreed in final on paper.  i have an extra $1000 IN PAYMENTS..

I test drove the car & noticed a problem, i was assured it would be fixed, in 2 days . we i showed up in 2 days i was told that  the problem was fixed. i drove the car, when i got about 1 block from home the service engine soon light came on.i sent to my mechanic for diagnostic.

the upper intake unit is cracked by the thermostat housing & 2 coils & or injecters need replaced..

i was told to bring car in 12/26/12. today is 12/ 24/12.
i started payment on 12/21/12.  i will  update 12/26/12

Let me see if I understand this...you talked to the salesman and you guys agreed to a price for the car. When it comes to the contract however, there is a different, greater price for the same car. If the price on the contract was different, WHY DID YOU SIGN that contract? Did you read the contract BEFORE you signed it? If not, there is nobody to blame but you. There is a big difference between being "trusting" and being a doormat.
