Auto Gallery Of Everett - Ferry St Motors Did not submit extended service warranty to warranty company and ripped off $1500 Boston Massachusetts
I bought a used car and the dealer sold me $1500 full warranty for my car. When I went to the mechanic 10 months later, I warranty company (Wynn ValueGaurd) said that my records do not exist.
When I contacted the dealer, he said that the staff had left and had mistakenly not filed the warranty, but he was the same person who sold me the car and I have the warranty paper with his signature.
Later he told me that the warranty is not valid because my car is not eligible for warranty because it is a hybrid, and offered to give me $1500 back.
But, he sat on my money for 10 months and I thought I had a warranty all that time. If I had known, I would have looked for another warranty company. The transmission repair cost me $3000 dollars and even if he gives me $1500 back, I am still going around in a car without warranty.
