Auto Glass Experts They damage my car engine doing a engine clean up and damaged 2 new chrome rimms while driving the car with no permission instead of towing it to the shop. Its been three months and my car is not ready. They never call me to let me kow when my car is going to be fixed. Ripoff Hyattsville Maryland
I had an accident Wednesday morning on May 4, 2005. I took my car to Auto Glass Experts to get it fix. I was told by the owner that they do very good work and told me that he had good mechanics there and that they can fix and repair the damage. I have an Audi Quattro A6 1998. My insurance company paid them to fix my car but they did not fix it, they damage it more than it was. The owner of the shop had a non certified mechanic working on my car and damaged the engine. Also they had driven the car to their other shops where they took it to get painted. They scratched the two bran new rims that are on the right side. The owner than try to take the car somewhere else to get it fix and did not towed it, they drove it there. I told him why he is driving my car when it supposes to be towed. I told him that I want my car towed to Audi Dealer of Alexandria, no where else. He had sent my car to other shops and they did not fix the problem. Now the car is at Audi Dealer and is being check up to see what caused the problem. Even though the owner takes full responsibilities, his not paying the dealer what he needs to pay in order for them to work in my car. The point is that I have been waiting for 3 months and my car was damage by a non-certified technician that is still working at their shop. I asked the owner whether they were certified and he said yes they were. Later I found out that they had damaged other client's car as well. They drove my car knowing the car had engine problems. Now I have no car. These are very in responsible people. Someone has to really do something about this company. Please Help!
