These people installed a windshield on my car 2 days later there was a crack and it was from underneath fixed. The windshield has not gotten any worse however when the lady comes out (3rd visit)she immediately tries to tell me it's a rock that hit my windshield in the exact same place.
She fails to remember that I had an appointment she made for me To Replace the windshield in which she was in agreeance to begin with with me and the tech...but I was unable to make the 1st appointment due to said family issues.
The Tech even admits in front of her that yeah this crack is from beneath the windshield not on top. I want my money back or I want my windshield fixed that's all there is to it 100% their fault.
