I was in need of a work van a.s.a.p I do not have the best credit so I had to go there for a buy here pay here. I found the van on the internet.
Well it was dark when I picked the van up I just took there word for it and away I went with the vehicle. 1991 Ford e350 128,000 miles $3995 plus tax and finance fees around 5000 total.

When I got home front tires very bad, servere oil leak about 2qrts a week, steering very scary and something major was wrong. I was just going to deal with this pile because the place is 2 hours away and those guys dont have a clue anyway. They sold me this van with a 4.9 V6 in it well it has a 351 windsor so you have some clue what these guys know.

Around a month and a half after I got the van every morning battery was dead so I bought a 80 dollar battery next morning that battery dead, went had the charging system checked bad voltage regulater.
I bout a new one and when I took the old one 2 wires where broke off it, I fixed it and then vehicle would not start, no fuel and no spark. Items that where replaced TFI module$40, fuel relay$30,housing under cap$50, computer $300 plus 2hour drive.

ALl this and no go finally took to shop had some broken wires $250.

I emailed auto junction would not get back to me for like 2 weeks keep in mind this vehicle was off the road for 3 weeks during this , this vehicle is how I provide for my family. Then they got back to me and said the would send a tow truck to get it and fix it but it was already fixed.

I told them I have a buget to pay bills that there was no way I was going to be able to make Nov. payment. I told them even if they could add to end of loan they said nope sorry I said I am sorry I cant afford it.

Was running alright thought maybe I would keep it untill 1 morning would not start turn key and nothing jump the solenoid nothing I had to run a jumper cable from power of battery to the other side of inertia switch for fuel power and jump the solenoid.

Well after payment was 2and half weeks late they came and repo'd with no notice had to chase the tow truck down I had $10,000 worth tools in it. Thanks for listening.

If your circumstances are you have to use a buy here pay here, go see Car Factory on high Street. in Bradford, Luke once owned that one also, however he has nothing to do with that business and they will treat you right.

PA BUY HERE PAY HERE AUTO BUSINESS EDUCATION

Auto Junction Inc follows all PA Banking and Auto Dealer regulations.

FACTS: Auto Junction has a PA Banking License. It MUST and does follow all State Guidelines. After a customer defaults on their contract, the vehicle MUST be re-sold to satisfy that customers loan, plus INTEREST and FEES. No PMT = REPO!!

Customers should get the opinion of their mechanic before purchasing any "used "vehicle. No vehicle is perfect and who has a crystal ball when it comes to anything mechanical? Specifically when buying older vehicles, like the one mentioned here by Tony, NY which was over ten yrs. old, the vehicle is NOT NEW.

Auto Junction Inc is probably one of the FEW Buy Here Pay Here Used Car Businesses continuing to work with people with NO employment, collateral or credibility. The vehicles are "USED", customers sign a written explanation indicating the vehicle is being sold in "AS-IS" condition or with a "limited" warranty.

CUSTOMERS must return the vehicle to Auto Junction Inc for coordination of warranty work. Auto Junction Inc. DOES NOT have a repair shop, all repairs are done by local licensed PA Inspection mechanics who are responsible for their work.

Auto Junction is NOT a Social Service agency, it is a business.

There is NOT a lender in the country that would lend some of these customers "one cent" with their credit scores! The risk to Auto Junction and any other Buy Here lot is high when dealing with people who will never OWN anything, so they trash the vehicles, drive them from Bradford, PA to Wyoming and leave them in a ditch with no concern they have defaulted on the Federal Banking Security Agreement they have signed at time of purchase.

It is laughable when you read the stories here. I have been in business for 25 yrs. and have purchased many vehicles in my life. I would not think of simply calling my bank and telling them my life has changed I won't pay my payments, or I no longer like the color of this car, so come and get it in "Alaska" oh, and by the way, I have been living in the car with my kids, dogs and cats so bring a gas mask!

The educated people that wrote rebuttals thankfully understand business.

We picked our car up at night also.
Luke knows he will alwasys have customers
because " He uses the predator loan system"
He preys on people with not so good credit,
or people comming out of a bankruptcy ETC!!
Buyer beware and dont buy this idiots junk that he pays 5% at auto auction,
If you want to live life dangerously buy a automobile from this place.
PS. Do a auto fax on the vehicle you are purchasing. Your entitled to know if the vehicle has been wrecked!!!
Never trust someone that cant look you in the eye when they talk to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The agreed contract states that the custom must report those changes. We tried numorus times to contact the customer due to default of contract. A later e-mail from customer states a 'new' phone # and address with a complaint of repair issues. We offer assistance to tow their vehicle and repair it with NO response. After reasonable efforts to warn the customer of their breach of contract and their risk of repossession, it was repossessed. Certified mail notice Was sent to the customer at their 'new' address. The vehicle is filthy, full of debris, food, papers and garbage. No tools are in the vehicle, and, notice was given to the customer to re-gain possession and/or contents. Professional repairs were NOT completed as customer states. In my opinion, the customer trashed a nice vehicle that had a 90 day warranty. And he still has a credit problem too.
If you can't pay for what you choose to buy, don't buy it and 'rip off' a seller.
