Complaint Review: Auto Liquidators

Looking for a good attorney that wants to take this slam dunk case that is willing to take this case without a consultation fee and preferably one that charges $2000 an hour so their pocket book will be hurting.. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in October 2009.. They sold me a GAP insurance policy through Gateway Services here in Colorado for $300.00 and never sent in the paperwork to finalize the GAP insurance policy.. Gateway has absolutely no information concerning my policy...

The paperwork the dealership gave me with a policy number and Gateways Title on top looks extremely legitimate but apparently Auto Liquidators never sent the signed paperwork into the insurance company and pocketed the $300.00 fee.. We've tried calling multiple times even speaking to the so called manager Ben Howarth who repeatitively tells us the owner Steve Howarth will have to call us back and it never happens.. The vehicle was totalled in September of 2011 leaving a GAP of $1400.00.. Now I'm out the $300 as well as stuck with the GAP of $1400... Currently in the middle of filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office but all looking for financial reembursement.. Can someone please help???
