Auto Loans LLC Not A Good Choice For Anyone! Cook Islands Nationwide
Caution please! I took out a loan in the end of 2014. Being a single parent with bad credit I accepted the loan from Auto Loans LLC with the understanding in 12 months I would get my title back. This wasn't the case I payed well over $3,800.00 on a $2,000.00 loan then when my last month they wanted a ballon payment of over $4,000.00. When I contacted them stating I didn't agree to this they threatened me with repossession and then when I asked for copy of contract cause the link in email I saved wasn't working they refused me. I contacted an attorney and am hoping it can be solved I don't care about getting any money back. I just want my title back! This company changed its address and no one that I have spoke to has been honest come to find out they were on this site and others! Can someone tell me why and how they are still doing business in the United States?!?!?!? If there comes a class action lawsuit I would like to be included. I am also attempting to write the attorney general to see if that will assist me. My next step is contacting Florida news channels so everyone is aware of this scam!

Jim yes sir went over the contract with Kevin. It never mentioned a balloon payment at the end!! I would never borrow $2,000 to pay back $ 8,000 that is insane. I was blessed to have a witness when Kevin went over the contract with me! This would be the same contract that the link stops working shortly after signing! As well as when you request the contract as all other complaints state your company refuses!!!!! However I'm sure your words will differ like my report and the other reports state it is best if people do not choose your company. I apologize but truth is truth and your. Impact takes advantage of the people in need of help!
