In November 2014 I received a loan of$7850.00 from a company called Auto loans LLC purportedly out ofBoca Raton Fl. The representative, Ryan Cunningham sai I would make 12 equal payments of $1140 a month to pay off the loan. I never saw a contract, nor signed it. After paying more than $13000.00 to them through 11 months, they send me an invoice for $6659.00 for my last payment. They told me it was a balloon payment, and it was in my contract. I demanded a copy of said contract, but they won't send it to me. They are not licensed in Fl, and when i started receiving invoices from them I noticed their addresss was PO Box 11 Cook Islands. This is criminal activity and I need help in stopping them from taking my car. If I had $6659.00 laying around I wouldn't have had to borrow $7850 from them.

I attempted to come to an agreement after reading your story it's extremely similar to mine. Caution as an agreement may just give them even more money. Hope it goes well for you.
