Auto Marketing Systems Misrepresented ability to sell my car Roanoke, Nationwide
This company called me and offered their car selling services. The representative stated that they had buyers actively looking for a car like mine (2010 Honda Accord) and that these buyers were screened and qualified. I was told that they would direct these buyers to me.
After 2 weeks I received NO inquiries from prospective purchasers. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I did not purchase the "refundable package". I chose the cheaper non-refundable package based on the (mis)representation of the huge demand they had for my vehicle.
I would not use these people for anything. They clearly lied about the services they could deliver.
