Received Invoice by mail for Search Engine Optimization Management January 2010 at a charge of $99.95. No where is it stated that it is a solicitation. Looks like a regular invoice/bill asking for payment of services. I have never done business with this company.
They include a web-site address and physical address, but no phone/fax number.
