Complaint Review: Auto One Warranty

I took a vehicle protection plan from auto one warranty company on 07/28/2003.I took this warranty for vehicle protection upto 100000 odometer reading.The total cost of this plan is $2000 and I paid down payment of $300 with cvredit card on the same day.This plan has a flat cancellation process if it was done within 60 days of purchase.I cancelled the plan after one week I mean in the first week of august 2008.They sent me a cancellation notice,and in that notice it is notified that the process will take aproximately 10 weeks,and they gave a phone number on that notice to contact if you have any further questions.I waited for ten weeks and i didn't get any refund.I got that notice on August 6th 2008.Till this day iam calling them regarding the refund,they are not responding.They are simply saying your request is in process.How to go about this? If any one faced same situation,please suugeest about this.
