I contacted Auto One Warranty about an extended warranty on my vechile after receiving an advertisement from them. The information they gave me sounded good and I was interersted in the warranty. I informed the sales rep (Kent) that I was interested and wanted to call back. He said that I had to get it on the first contact, because people try to wait until their car need repairs to get the warranty. So he asked me when could I start the warranty. So I told him Tuesday 11-24-09 the funds would be available. He then told me he would ask his supervisor for permission to hold the transaction until 11-24-09. He then assured me that he would hold the transaction until the agreed period of time. So I allowed him to take my information trusting he would process the transaction at the agreed time. Instead he posted it  the same day 11-19-09 causing my account to fall short.


I have made several attempts to talk to Kent, but have been unsuccessful. His gave me a fake extension. When I asked for him directly the staff keep tranferring me to a voice mail with a meessage from Adam. Who is that??? I then asked for a supervisor and was told that there was none available. The staff was very rude and unconcerned.


Frustrated and ripped-off.
