in 2012 i went to auto outlet of ewing and purchased a 2002 volvo s60. about a week later the anti freeze light came on. i took it to the dealer and they told me oh its just low the car is sensitive. ok i dealt with that. then continuosly the light came on. i called them to let them know they said just bring it in a we will check. that never happened the power steering went out, i called the finance company and i ended up taking the car back to them. in january 2013 they gave me 2006 nissan altima. well that lasted 2 months cause i did an oil change and all of sudden the timing belt went. warranty paid for it but i didnt have a car from april 3 to may 8 2013. i paid 200 dollars to get it back had it a week and boom went again. i have not seen my car since around may 12 and i keep getting excuses like its not running right and we dont want to give you the car like that, i called mercer county consumer affairs and filed a report. im going after them. i dont want the car anymore. im still paying for it and dont have it. they are very evasive and i have to hunt them down for info. im done i would love to see their faces when they see what this not so dumb single mom did. i will be satisfied in the end and they will loose buisness. that is no way to provide customer service. i know cause i have been in customer service for the last 15 years.
