Complaint Review: auto palace ny queens Tubby Jay Lamont

Went in to buy a car, BMW with low miles, they had to fix it for check engine sign so had to wait a week for that. Made us wait 5 HOURS for the finance guy then they said we had to come back because the car wasn't inspected! Came back next day to sign papers, waited another hour and Jay made us sign all these papers, charged us $4,000 in FEES!! Didn't seem right but I took the car anyway, within three days, check engine sign showed up again! Now the bank called to verify the loan and I asked them about the fees, They said they Don't charge the customer processing fees! I called them up to return the car, going there tonight to get my deposit back, which i'm guessing i'll be waiting for hours and they won't give it to me so I'll have to sue them and send them to court! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! I wish I would have read the review before I bought the car!!
