Complaint Review: Auto Paradise of Arizona

This business run by Brett Hoover are nothing more than a scam operation. Before buying one of his vehicles I would make sure and research the history of the vehicle . This guy has recently been harassing and trying to rip off my business and I have to say the way he is acting the accusations he has made and the dillusional things he accuses me of prove he is every bit the scam artist used car saleman he looks like. He owes everyone from Camelback Toyota to credit card companies to loan companies money and been sued by them in court so if you think you will ever buy a car from this guy and have any kind of recourse if you need it repaired think again im sure he will find a way to scam out of it and if you go against him he will full on attack you even if he is the guy who owes the money or the repair on the vehicle. BEST TO GO TO ANOTHER DEALER instead of this scam artist.

Proof he never does what he says he will do he offered me after realizing I had every bit of proof I needed to collect the money owed to me, he contacted me and offered to pay me cash for the money he owed me and he would come pick up the other panel. I said sure thing I need the false claims you are writing all over removed before I hand over the sign. None of them were removed and in fact he has made more yet he paid me, not like he said in cash but in Paypal which he has already once lied to them claiming he never received anything and tried to get his money back from there once. TOTAL SCAM ARTIST THIS GUY in 30 years of business I have never dealt with a more insane and BiPolar individual than this guy... One day he is fine the next he is off the charts attacking and he is sueing the world and he owns it all he claims .... It was a very simple fix he needed to do what he offered to do.. HE OFFERED TO COME PAY ME CASH AND PICK UP THE LEXAN. HE WAS GIVEN THE OK BUT HE NEEDED TO REMOVE FALSE REPORTS PRIOR TO THAT.. INSTEAD HE RUNS TO PAYPAL AND INSISTS I HAVE TO DELIVER THE LEXAN WHEN IN HIS OFFER HE CLEARLY STATES HE WILL PICK IT UP.. HERE IT IS....

I do not know if you received my voicemail so I wanted to shoot you a quick email.  Hey listen this is completely getting out of control.  I am will to eat the $259.94 , even though I am still unhappy with the quality of the work I do not want to fight with you any longer.  Lets get this settled and move on in life!  I know you are too busy for this nonsense and I know I am too busy for this nonsense!  I will give you the $259.94 in exchange for the "plastic" lexan - thats it, you do not have to do anything!  You do not have to fix the vinyl, you do not have to install - nothing!  Just bring the piece over (or I will come and get it since I know you do not have a vehicle).  I will give you CASH.  We will write up an agreement that we are both satisfied and that neither of us owes the other anything!  We will both agree to remove any and all "reviews" that we have given each other and we will be done with it!  What do you say - do want to be done with this?

FUNNY HOW THAT GOES... HE NEVER CAME TO PICK IT UP, HE PAID IN PAYPAL WHICH I TOLD HIM IN NO WAY WOULD I ACCEPT ANY PAYPAL FROM HIM OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER ANY LONGER, AND WHEN THE REVIEWS AND THE COMPLAINTS THAT WERE FALSE AND THAT HE STRAIGHT UP LIED in that I have proof in black and white of him ordering artwork done on his logo, that he asked for not one but 3 or 4 versions of the "Great Artwork" I had created, that he lied and claimed I made him take this and that he never ordered it... this among all the other false lies he reported about me that I have every bit the proof to back up... not to mention I had to go to the Police to ask for help from all the Harrassment he was committing against me....

Bottom Line is this.. this guy not once in the entire transaction did he do what he said he would do. not once.... I DID EVERYTHING I SAID I WOULD DO... ALL I ASKED WAS TO BE PAID FOR THE WORK I DID AND I WOULD HAVE GLADLY CONTINUED DOING WHATEVER OTHER ITEMS HE WANTED CHANGED...

CLEARLY this guy is aLL ABOUT BAIT AND SWITCH OBVIOUSLY HE WILL SAY ANYTHING TO SELL A CAR YET WHEN IT COMES TIME TO FOLLOW THROUGH, I CAN PROVE BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT HE DOES NOT AND WILL NOT FOLLOW THRU ON HIS CLAIMS. BEST TO FIND ANOTHER CAR AT ANOTHER DEALER.
