AutoPartsGiant kept my core charge for 10 months until AMEX threatened to take the money from them. The 30 day core return (policy), came 10 months later on a hand scribbled check. a dozen phone calls. "check's being processed;check's with a supervisor; already credited". All lies.

Returned a warrenty unit, same result. More Lies.I logged 14 calls to their credit supervisor. resent all my USMail receipts, listened to more lies.
Finally turned, this too, over to AMEX to investigate.

First they told AMEX that they never got the returned unit.BS Then they said credit was issued.BS Then they even sent a delivery ticket for a unit to another state. Then they said that a second credit was issued.BS

AMEX took the money from them. Nov 07.This fiasco started in December 05.
Their prices and selection are good, but after all of my dealings with them, I'm sure that they use deceptive practices to skim money from customers.
Most people won't chase the money for two years and they know that.
