do not expect to get anything but disappointed if you buy from autopartsgiant, sold non-existing part,said it was shipped then a few days later magically it was cancelled because it was out of stock...hmmm how can it be shipped already then "poof" its not shipped so apparently it never was shipped and just like the other magic trick they did on my part "PRESTO-CHANGE-O" my money has magically disappeared as well!
Forget trying to talk to these people on the phone,that is if you can even understand the garbled words they are slurring, however if you enjoy speaking to rude and unhelpful people whom speak with either strong accents or sound to be intoxicated then this is the place for you,

These guys amaze me with how little they know and when it comes to asking about your refund , all of a sudden they can't help you and instantly hang up on you.What a wonderful way they have with customers,selling things they never had ,saying it was shipped and actually billing you for a non-existant part,sounds like they should be wearing masks. If they only acted more professional or even apologized for the gross misconduct ,but when they can't even email you thats pretty sad.I have made it a point to tell as many people I know that are in the trade and are involved the automotive field to avoid this outfit as it will cost you money and grief and the loss of customers whom were waiting the unreasonable amount of time autopartsgiant takes to do anything,they stock nothing .
