My son ordered a part for his truck through this company. They emailed him the following:

Please read carefully! 

Please be aware that we do not send commercial invoices for any order being shipped outside the United States. Upon completion of your order an electronic invoice is sent to the e-mail address provided at the point of sale. This invoice outlines the parts ordered and the cost of the parts only. Please call us at 1-888-311-5187 to speak to a representative in our Customer Protection Department. You may call us between 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. (Do NOT reply to this email as your order cannot be processed unless you call 1-888-311-5187.)

Our invoices do not have a company logo or address and do not include any of the necessary documentation needed to pass through customs. If you are planning on shipping your order outside the United States, we will not be able to provide you with any further documentation and are not responsible for ensuring that your order can pass through customs. 

You are purchasing your order with an international credit card. International credit card companies do not verify their customers names and billing addresses for your protection. Due to the increasing number of internet fraud orders, we now require a onetime verification of identity. We are a member of the BBB online reliability program and have been in business since 1996. To protect our customers and us as a company, we need you complete one of the following steps in order to process your order: 

1) FAX a copy of your credit card statement to us at 1-310-735-0082. We cannot accept scanned attachments. All we need is to see your billing address and the last 7 digits of your credit card number. Please black out the rest of the statement for your privacy and protection.

2) If your statement is not in English, please fax a lightened and enlarged copy of BOTH sides of your credit card with a valid picture ID (driver license) to 1-310-735-0082.

When he tried to cancel, it took him over two hours with two different "customer service representatives," and he's still not sure if the order has been canceled. They even asked over the phone for him to fax over a copy of his driver's license and credit card.
