I ordered new struts for my car, they sent me used product w/ missing parts. Had to call several times to try to return parts and get money back.
I ordered Struts on their website, when it arrived the shipping box was barley tapped together, It's amazing the contents ever made it. When I opened opened the box to inspect the parts I noticed the containment's were in extremely bad shape, boxes ripped open and smashed. There should have been 4 struts shipped which there were 4 boxes BUT one was completely empty. They sent me an empty box. I immediately called company with my concern and informed them this purchase was absurd and I just wanted to ship back the product and I wanted my money back. The Rep told me that she would send for a RMA number which would arrive via email. I never received the email. I had to call them up and speak with many different people who at times couldn't even find me in their system, stated that I bought product off of eBay etc. She told me that label machine was down and would be sent within a few days. That time passed had to call again and get switched around to different reps who were incapable of help me, finally assured me that my label would be sent out the following Monday, first thing...Never came...I had to call again and demand that this issue be taken care of as we were on the phone. Finally spoke with a manager named Bill who finally able to give me good news and came through with a label and initiated my refund process.
