To begin, I am not here to hurl insults at the Auto Recycle LLC business nor Mr. James Milton Heard. I am here because we agreed to a car purchase that was never completed. In addition, I have paid him $1500 in cash with a recorded verbal receipt of the said purchase. As a result, I never received a vehicle nor did I receive my money back. In addition, when I attempted to contact him numerous times, only to become blocked through every means of communication.
I filed a complaint of Mr. James Milton Heard through the county, in which they informed me they have attempted to serve him legal documents to no avail; they also informed me that he has complaints from several people regarding the same issue. I can't speak for everyone, since everyone's case is different from mines, but the bottom line is I want my money back. I have become so frustrated with this situation that I am no longer even interested in the car. Everyone please proceed with caution when dealing with this business and individual.
