I called the 877 number as I heard a commercial on the radio, and spoke with someone named Maurice.  He explained the "process" to me and without asking for my Vehicle Identification number, told me that if I give my credit card info, he would send me an options report and I could decide after receiving it, to go ahead and give them my answer to go with them or not and then they would charge my credit card the fees.  Three weeks later, I never received an "options report" and found a $298 charge on my account.  I called Auto Relief Group, and after many attempts at speaking with a live person, got a hold of "Ronald Hunter" and explained what happened and why I was unhappy with being charged the full $298 without receiving any type of service from this "company."  He told me he would process my refund.  After about a week, I called again to follow up, and left a message, only to receive a return call another week later from a "Theresa" saying that the notes on my account were insufficient for processing my refund.  I explained to her what happened and how I don't feel I should be charged for something I never received.  She agreed and said she would process the refund.  I received a call from her three days later and was told "due to the notes on my account, I'm not able to receive a refund."  Okay, now this is BS and I'm a little upset, so I call her back leaving her messages that they need to correct my "notes" and refund my money.  This is a Bull Sh*t Scam!

I have not dealt with this company, but when I just saw there commercial on TV I was pretty sure it was a scam. I hope you have learned now to look online FIRST before ever giving your credit card info to any of these scum bag companies.
