Complaint Review: Auto Relocation Plus

A complete nightmare, and horrendous service. Run the Opposite Direction or Read My Review and Then Run the Opposite Directions.

Besides receiving our car over a week late the bottom of the front Bumper was scrape and pulled out of its cleats on the passenger side.

To add insult they shoved a broken piece of the bumper inside the fender well to hide it. When we pointed out "ALL" the damage to the wrecker drive they contracted to drop our car off he said "Wow -you are right it was damage in transit, but please don't shoot the messenger" I did not do the damage on my lift and the Car changed hands at least 3-times! - translation 3-different transport shippers. We took pictures - the wrecker driver to took pictures.

When we reported to Auto Relocation The President of the company "Slick Willy" started  having us run in circles only to have every professional body shop say "Yep this is clearly ramp damages" when Slick Willy got back all the independent claims which I might add were above $1000 Then he blew smoke up our A!# and said his insurance company advised him to have a independent insurance adjuster look at the car - His adjuster because we found out Slick Wily paid him said it was only $200 damages. 

We considered going to court against Slick Willy and his band of Pirate Shippers but realized it would be a long costly legal process un-weaving Auto Relocation Plus crocked service -
