My truck blew the head gaskets, I had them tow my truck to their shop. I was told that they would do a diagnostic check and then what ever the cost of the total job would be the down payment would be 20% of the total bill. After a couple of weeks they finally called me back and told me that the down payment would be $547 I told them that it would take a couple of weeks to get the money and that I would agree to the payments. I called a couple of weeks later to let them know that I had the deposit. She asked how long the car had been their I said abut 14 days she said well we will have to add $700 storage fees to the ticket. It felt weird, I just wanted my truck fixed so I agreed to make the down payment. The Initial form was not signed by me it was a friend who is not on the Title. Auto Repair has a system that wants the customer to deposit the down payment into a Bank of America Account, when they see the deposit they will begin the work. So I thought okay this will work I have my down payment in and in a week that is what I was told in a week my truck would be ready.

Three days after my deposit I'm called and told their was a set back and that My timing cover was leaking water and that the labor was not included in the initial estimate. The mechanic Mike told me that he could fix the heads and put it back together but the leak would happen again and I would have to pay the labor all over. So I agreed to put the additional labor $280 into the account ,because I was promised the car would be ready on Friday no later than 4pm. I get a call around 2pm saying I'm sorry their has been another set back they put everything back together and now they hear a knocking sound coming from the engine. "I think you need a new engine" At this point I knew they had me. I did some research and found that they take your money and the vehicle so that they can sell it at another dealership called Motor MAXX it is a major scam and I'm going to the authorities and the BBB of Jacksonville. This is not over! Do not trust them they will take your money and your ride! Buyer Beware! If it sounds to good to be true it's probably a SCAM!

This is not a finance problem, but the repair shop you took your vehicle to.

Auto Repair Lending is a Loan company that tried to help someone finance their vehicle repairs.

This company provides funding for bad credit and high risk consumers. All they have to do is make the payments- no early payment penalties like most finance companies.

The problem is with the auto repair shop that serviced them.

Although this company is a Florida company they are complaining about. The complaint is showing here in phoenix- Auto Repair Lending LLC has no affiliation with the Florida based company.

Auto Repair Lending-Phoenix AZ 85015 is a quality lending company that provides help to the high risk consumor and very good rates.  We have never had an issue of bad performance. Thank you for your time.
