AUTO REPAIR WARRANTY - AUTO REPAIR GROUP father and son named "michael" i purchased a warranty on 1-5-09 for my 06' grand prix, with a crdit card. i havent had to use the warranty yet,but i also have a truck that i was going to see about getting a warranty for,so i called fairview park, Ohio
i purchased this warranty on 1-5-09 with my credit card on my 06' pontiac grand prix. i havent had to use it yet. but i also have a truck that i thought about getting a warranty for, so i called the # and it said they were no longer in service. i hate to say that im glad my truck had problems today 2-15-10, but if it hadnt, then i would have never of tryed to contact this warranty company and would have never known that this problem was occuring. i filed a report with the BBB and r going to call them tomorrow to talk to them in depth(not open today,Presidents Day). i payed $1099 for this warranty. i remember talking to a man named "marty". if anybody can give me some more info on what actions to take to get a refund or whatever,i'd appreciate you responding to this report. thanks alot
