Got a problem light on the vehicle. Documentation said - call the dealer. Dealer said they couldn't identify without our bringing the car in. We did. Dealer identified specific problem. We called the Claims Department.
Claims Department said because we went to the dealer before contacting them, they were off the hook.
Tried to cancel contract.
Company said because we tried to file a claim, we couldn't cancel.
