Auto Repair Warranty - Auto Repair Group ripoff, FRAUD, LIE, DISHONEST, WONT LET ME TALK TO OWNER ripoff FAIRVIEW PARK Ohio
Bought a auto repair warranty. 2 months into policy brought car into dealership where I bought car need front end work, about $500. Dealer called auto company auto company said too much money. Warranty company looked up a place in phone book told me to go there. Told warranty my dealership gives me a loaner car free. I am handicap so I need power seat. My car is a special car it's a SHO TAURUS, DIFFERENT engine plus MODIFIED suspension.
MY car was limited edition needs special repair man from dealership to fix car. When dealing with front end and BRAKES my life is in the repairman's hands. $50 dollars more then private garage is not a lot of money to pay. MY special car goes from 0 to 60 in 5 sec rated like a 'vet on insurance.
I ask for my money back. Got a yes then he changed his mind. They won't let me talk to boss. VERY IMPORTANT THEY SAID EACH POLICY THEY SELL THEY ARE DONATING $200 DOLLARS TO KATRINA. I ASKED FOR A document FOR IRS THEY JUST LAUGH AT ME.

Marty said when you purchase a policy, the company would donate $200 dollars, to catrina. I asked for statment so I could take it off my income tax he just laughed on the phone.
