I purchased 3 warranties from them, so I have been totally duped too. My transmission failed in August 2009 and then when I tried to use warranty, ARW said 'they' had to find me a new one. Knowing this is a 2-day fix process, I did not rent a car- but took the bus!! I went 6 weeks without a car, until I just paid the bill myself. They said the check is in the mail, 4 times! I did receive a check in late November, to which they stopped payment. Now it seems they are out of business. Happy retirement, Marty!

Heads Up for Auto Repair Warranty clients that were ripped off and are MAD about it!! They have a new website--VehicleSupport.com. This company was conveniently opened up by the owner's son, Mike Jr. Maybe we can get somewhere with this.
