Auto Repair Warranty Group ripped me off to the tune of $1300, and fraudulently mis-represented the coverage level on the warranty stating "bumper-to-bumper" on their website, and again at the time of purchase.
I had to have a charge air pump replaced (intercooler pump for the supercharger), and they would not cover it EVEN though the supercharger itself was covered.
I complained to no avail, and filed a complaint with the BBB, but got nowhere. Now I understand that the company is out of business, but that Michael F. Petruziello is still operating this scam business under Travelers Auto Warranty!!!!
These people need to be stopped. I cannot believe that scam artists like this are able to continue ripping people off. Lock them up and throw away the key - but first let them pay us all back for the money that we have given them in good faith.
