I am a victim of Auto Repair Warranty. They never paid any of my claims. They even threatened me when I complained. Purchased policy in 2/2008 and now I am out $1200.  Complained to BBB and now I am informed they changed their name and will not honor their auto repair warranty contracts. Please help me recoup my money.  I am willing to be involved in a class action law suit or any other litigation. My credit card company said purchase was to old to pursue fraud even though contract is still valid. This dispute is in reference to a charge that was posted to my account on February 14, 2008. This has been disputed once, initially found in my favor and refunded only to be charged back in June of 2008. I am sending in the paperwork that was processed by the warranty company stating that I was fully aware of what I purchased. I am also including a copy of what is on their website still today that leads one to believe that this is a true BUMPER to BUMPER warranty. This was an internet sale so I only had what info that was on there website to determine my purchase. As you will find, the sale was made on February 12, 2008 in the late evening and charged on February 13, 2008. The warranty paperwork was NOT signed until February 24, 2008 due to the fact that I was in question as to the coverage of this warranty. I was assured in several phone conversations that I would be covered BUMPER to BUMPER! That was obviously found not true when I filed my first claim. Once the claim was filed is when they advised me that SOME of the items would be covered but only for aftermarket parts. Once again, that is not found anywhere in their paperwork provided or on their website. Also in your letter dated June 08, 2008, you stated that I was attempted to be contacted with no response. I never received any of this information or I would have obviously cooperated as I feel that I was seriously ripped off by this company. New information has surfaced that this company is now OUT OF BUSINESS. Meaning, I attempted to contact them so I could take my still covered vehicle in for some transmission work, all to find out that they no longer have a working number and the website no longer exists. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A PROBLEM as I should still be covered by the terms of the contract.
