I was told to call 877-451-1190 by the new company that purchased their website address, but you just get a message to leave a Unable to get in touch for repairs covered by my warranty. I have a warranty with this company through 2011 and cannot get in touch with anyone to authorize repairs. Someone needs to start a class action suit. The state of CA has apparently obtained a $3.4 million judgment against them, but there is no indication they have obtained any money or how any of us policy holders can get any of it if they do. Anyone who has any up-to-date information needs to let the rest of us know.
