Complaint Review: Auto Repair Warranty - Auto Repair Group

I have found that this company does not want to honor their contracts. They refused to pay for parts that are clearly covered per the contract. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Ohio and have been working with them. I tried to exercise the binding arbitration clause but while waiting for that my starter went in my vehcile.

When I tried to get an authorization from the company to have a starter replaced, which is a covered item in my contract I was denied. I received a nasty phone call from the president of the company Mike Petruziello who was rude, obnixious and hollered at me the whole time...telling me how i was trying to put them "to sleep" and he was going to sue me for slander. He also told me my contract was on "hold" until the binding arbitration was complete. No where in the contract does it say that your contract is suspended if you go into arbitration.

I am now in the process of getting my monies back from this company but its been over two months since they promised me a check and I am still checking daily with The Better Business Bureau.

I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!
