On, August 18th 2013 , Myself and my Fiance' went to look at a 2003 Hyundai elantra gls. We had spoke to the sales person, Also test drove car, seem to be ok. The Salesman told us that it was a good car and the only thing he knew was that there was a minor accident. So we took his word for it, THANK GOD THAT MY DAD IS IN THE BUISNESS, We called him to check on car,and make sure it was a fair price. We had our Dad do a Carfax on this car vin# kmhdn45d13u561371 come to find out that this car had been in two Accident's, one was in 08/13/2009 involving right front impact, with another motor vehicle. Vehicle disabled, Vehicle towed..... Then if that wasn't enough o my God now their was another one in 06/23/2013. This one was, REPORTED AND THE VEHICLE WAS A TOTAL LOSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THIS DEALER IS STILL DOING IN BUISNESS? AS A PARENT I 'AM PISSED OFF THINKING THAT THIS DEALER IS OR WAS GOING TO TAKE MY KID FOR A RIDE AND MY SON-IN-LAW... TRYING TO RIP THEM OFF, NOW I DON'T ABOUT YOU BUT $2,300.00 IS ALOT OF MONEY FOR A CAR THAT WAS REPORTED AS A TOTAL LOSS. THIS CAR IS BRANDED TITLE SALVAGE.... AND INSPECTED WITH PA STICKER'S NOT N.J. STICKER'S. SO IN CLOSING I HOPE YOU NOR ANY OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER'S HAPPEN TO DRIVE INTO THIS DEALER BECAUSE YOU MIGHT GET TAKEN FOR A RIDE OR WORSE!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL......

Exactly how is this thier fault?? How exactly do you expect them to replace your mouse a YEAR after your purchase?? THEY did not use it. You are attempting to claim a manufacturer warrenty on what is NOT a manufacturer issue. You broke your mouse. They cannot "just" replace it for you. Reason is it isnt a manufacturer warrenty issue. Its a "consumer use" issue. Stop being a jackass and complaining that someone isnt going to do something for you when they have no legal obligation to do so. If you were so concerned over a warrenty, you would have taken the in-store warrenty where you purchased it.

You like many many other consumers confuse a manufacturer warrenty with a "wear and tear" warrenty that is offered to you from where you purchased it. A manufacturer warrenty is used to protect the consumer from outright defects that would occur DURING the manufacturing process. It is NOT a cover all warrenty. It is NOT meant to be used to replace product that YOU have broken. It is meant to protect you against poor workmanshipn not protect you from what YOU do while useing the mouse.

So in closing, go buy another mouse, and when the clerk offers you the warrenty, DO NOT SAY NO!! You have already proven that you will blow through a product in under a year.
