Complaint Review: Auto Sound Plus

On o3/14/06 Auto Sound Of San Bernardino I took my JL Amp to be fixed because my Car Audio System was shutting off and burning fuses.Complaint Description: On 3/14/06, I took my JL amp to have it looked at because the amp was turning off. On 03/17/05 I returned to the office and picked up the amp at that point they indicated it was possibly a chip in the amplifier, on that same day I reinstalled it and it began doing the same thing over again, same issue, I then returned it to auto sound and picked it up in 5 days where it was again doing the same thing. I then felt that there was something going on and I went to California Sound 3/28 and had them check my wiring and they advised that the wires were touching ground which was the cause for the fuses & the amplifier shutting off. They advised that the amplifier was okay and it did not have a problem. Auto Sound of San Bernardino or plus charged me $100.00 to pretend to fix an amplifier that had nothing wrong with it.Resolution Sought: I would like my money reimburse1468d from them.
