Auto Star transport inc. max can't do service they promised.and refused refund of $125 deposit. miami Florida

 ok i started with them transporting 1969 mercury cougar(operable classic car for transport from texas to massachussets in almost 3 week time period)whatever price they give me.they fail 2 time from theyr explanation driver refusal on car picup(like not operable car dont know who i can blame?2 drivers or company(means service from them)?)?(after 3 days(i have new carrier company they did very well service for me picup drivable car whitout problem) i cancel with them and send invoice for refund my deposit (before)on time theyr refund policy period(10days on time of order)and they refused blaming on driver or either me?? im not in texas that time? but ineed do refund any way what they oww mee.i dont care anything else.(i dont need to thing some one rippme off for nothing even for apenny ?( not feel good atr that point)[they just lucky temporrary im not at miami, if im in miami they gonna fill hot from me, just please if you can do something to help me ,im very be glad on you/i also try to do hard for them around wweb,bbb and attorney if they still resssist me.(for refdund).thanks.
