Auto Truck Source Will not refund deposit car was never taken into ownership/picked up Milwaukie Oregon
I gave the dealer $500 for a 1997 jeep on 25May08, pickup date was the follwing Wednesday. Since then I found a better deal, Jacob the sales manager is trying to tell me my money is non-refundable. Even though one one documents I signed reads "Deposit is only refundable if deal does not clear". I had to call my bank to have them dispute the charge. These guys are THIEVES!!! I have also call the Oregon Department of Justice and filed a complaint, the person I spoke with stated that this dealer has hundreds of complaints. Take my advice and stay away from this car dealer. Do you research, that was my mistake. They also go my the name Auto Truck Source.
