Auto Zone/Spectra Premium 2 month old radiator was defective, caused my Jeep Wrangler to overheat, now i need a new engine and old engine only has 107000 miles, they refuse to pay for it. Please help!!! Im a 32 yr old female Riverside, California
Spectra premuim radiator purchased at auto zone in dec 2012. feb 14 2013 radiator FAILED CAUSING MY ENGINE TO BLOW.

Even if you were by some miracle able to prove that the radiator caused your engine to blow and there was nothing you could do to prevent it. There is no way you will be able to justify the thought you should be entitled to them paying for an entirely new engine...especially when yours has 107,000 miles.
If they offer you any sort of reimbursement for your engine..you better take it and run before they change their minds.

Unless your jeep over heated and you continued driving for an extended period of time you would not need an engine, and in that case it is your fault.
