Complaint Review: Autobody America

I took my truck to be repaired after I hit a deer. I only took it there because my insurance company said they would guarantee the work. They said the truck would be like it was before my accident. Autobody America charged my insurance company for painting they didn't do, and The put dings in my hood and sideswiped something with my truck. When confronted about the problem they say there is no way they could have damaged my vehicle. They told my insurance company that I had told them I had 40 dings in my hood before the accident. My truck had been painted just 18 months prior to the accident and everyone thought the truck was new. Don't do business with any of the Autobody america locations. ALso Allstate has refused to stand behind me in this process. When I pointed out to them they charged for work they didn't do, Allstate's rep said "Oh, I will get that money back from them." They aren't concerned with the customer as long as they have your money who cares.
