Complaint Review: AutoBodyFit Network LLC

I ordered auto parts online on September 11, 2013 for $484.28 worth of auto parts. My account was debited on September 12, 2013 for $484.28. They never acknowledged shipment of the parts. I sent no less than 10 emails demanding a shipping date. None of them were answered. I then demanded a refund on at least 5 email attempts. None of them were answered. I finally reached someone who answered their phone on October 4, 2013. They advised that a credit would be issued in 24-48 hours. I have yet to see that credit as of today, October 24, 2013. I have been attempting to contact them by phone and they do not answer. This company should not be in business!
