I ordered a rear bumber chrome strip for my Ford F-150 truck. The cost included a $9 "handling fee" (in addition to the $9 shipping fee) because the part nededed a large box to ship it in. When I received the part, it had been bent to force it to fit into the box. Since it was chrome metal, the kink would not work out. I had to mount it as is, since I already had the original part off. I contacted customer service, but no response. Obviously the handling fee did not go for the purpose it was supposed to.
