AutoCare Deceptive mailer, aggressive and unresponsive phone marketing Richardson Texas
They sent me a scary looking letter as if from the car manufacturer of finance dept, but it was just an offer for a warranty extension. I called them and asked to be taken off their list. They said they would, but also aggressively tried to sell me a warranty in the process. 6 months later I got another letter from them. When I called they claimed to be dealing with me for the first time. When I asked them again to take me off their list, they asked why I didn't feel the need to cover my car with a warranty and kept redirecting my attempts to get taken off the list. Very shady company, scared me with the letter. This business practice is not right.

All of the direct mailers that we send out have our name and mailing address as well as a disclaimer that we are not affiliated with any dealer or manufacturer. It is never our intention to scare or startle, but only to help consumer protect their finances from unexpected repair costs.
