It is in Experian/Autochecks advertising and revenue enhancement to have byline/links in used auto ads/auctions on Ebay. However, in the case of a recent pair of autos (Wayzata Nissan of Minnesota openly showing a convertible Inifiniti M37 which were OPENLY stated as Nissan USA buybacks for failed multiple attempts to repair-convertible top issues) AutoCheck shows no lemon law report. This is not a car I was seriously considering, but I took the time to contact Autocheck, and of course I got the secretary for Hitler/Fawn Hall approach, "We're doing what we're told"! I think the fact that they do no further looking is a serious blow to their own credibility. I urge Consumers to avoid this company as a source of validly complete data operations. Of course, they do know h*e aw to nail vonsumers on negative credit events-that's how they made their millions-but funny how they can't seem to find commonplace deleterious event wit dealers/cars, even if the dealership is making reasonable attempts at transparency!
