A simple task was neglected and it cost me points on my credit report and money out of my pocket.  I bought a used car from autodrive1and my trade was to be paid off as part of the deal. They gave me 3300 for the trade.  I still owed 1988 on that loan. So $1322 was to be credited to the purchase of the car I was buying. 

 

Autodrive1 had a responsibility to ensure that the bank holding the title to my trade be paid in a timely manner. (The industry standard is 10 days or less) 

The bank began calling when my next payment was due. I got the runaround from Andrew and Mike each telling me that the check had been sent and it was my banks fault.

The worst lies came from Kristen Bowen (the lady in charge). She told me that she had sent the check personally. I warned her that my attorney was going to look into the matter. She even went as far to say that she received confirmation from Wells Fargo that the had received the payoff. After 2 months of making payments on a vehicle I no longer owned,  I finally got the word from the bank that they had been paid. 

The check sent by autodrive1 for my payoff was dated 12 weeks after I bought the car from them.  This proved to me that they all lied to me. 

Never do business with autodrive1. They disgust me.
